I supervise trust operations for a bank and Anne has advised me in a number of different capacities, both with clients and with internal trust company matters. For someone so intelligent and detail oriented, you would think that her communications would be overly complex and difficult to comprehend. Not so. Anne is a master of simple, effective communications. There have also been moments when I've leaned on her in situations of risk. Her excellent judgment, compassion and experience working with a wide variety of clients came to bear to lead me through a few difficult client situations.
