I contacted this lawyer to help me with a traffic violation in Virginia, at the beginning she was ver responsive and was always atentive to every question i had about the case, but as soon as i paid the $200 dollars fee for their service (they were the most expensive in the market) everything changed..., she was never available again to receive any of my calls. There was always somebody else answering the phone and none of them ever even knew about my case. When I got a notification from the court with an answer about my case, I sent her an email urging her to contact me and when she finally did, she was extremely rude and did not want to take the time to explain what the court result meant. when we first talked she guaranteed that there would be no points added to my license and that they would take care of everything, which was a lie; they didn't do ANYTHING I got points added to my license and I ended up sending three times more than the amount of the actual ticket.
