Adam impressed me with two things. First, he provided highly useful and well-motivated advice on how to position my application for permanent residency - how to present myself, what achievements to emphasize, how to select the providers of references etc. Second, he had a lot of street-smart tips on ...the many choices one has to make in the process, e.g. on the sequence of filing the various forms and requests.
