Mr. Riedel responded to my inquiry quickly. I was surprised since this is a website I expected my question to go into the "great black hole." My problem was weighing heavily on my mind to the point I couldn't sleep. I tend to over think sometimes when feel I've been taken advantage of. He quickly p...ut my mind at ease. His explanation made complete sense. I wish everyone could talk to an attorney BEFORE a over thinking or thinking at all in some situations, police and therapist would be out of work. Thanks to Mr. Riedel I was able to finally sleep and most importantly not escalate the situation when the landlord finally returned my call. I was calm and able to talk with a level head. I've been here for five years and have had a good relationship and wanted it to continue and thanks to Mr. Riedel it will until the end of this lease when I move. I want to personally thank him.
