Mr. Brooks “handled” a bankruptcy case for us back in 2011. He told us this was the best option to get out of the subprime mortgage that’s we stuck in. He gave us false information and would not return our calls. When my husband went to the office, Mr. Brooks became irate, yelling and cussing at him.... We had to hire another attorney just to get a meeting with him so that he would complete our case. Till this day, we are still dealing with foolishness from this house and his poor advice!

WE LOST OUR VA HOME BECAUSE OF HIS LACK TO INFORM US OF CERTAIN INFORMATION. WE PAID EVERY FEE REQUIRED AND AT THE END, THE CHECKS WERE RETURNED TO US BECAUSE THE COURT INFOMRED US THAT WE SHOULD HAVE SENT THE MONEY VIA MONEY GRAM. WHY WERE WE NOT INFOMED BY HIM. EVERY TIME WE MADE A OFFICE VISI...T, HE WOULD SUCK MORE MONEY FROM US AND MAKE PROMISES HE KNEW HE WAS NOT GOING TO MAKE HAPPEN. WE ARE NOT DONE WITH THIS SITUATION. OUR FAMILY IS NOW HOMELESS, THANKS TO BENNY BROOKS. MY AUSTITIC SON HAS BEEN HOSPITALIZED ON SEVERAL OCCASSIONS BECAUSE OF BENNIE BROOKS. . NEVER RESPOND TO HIS MAILINGS THAT COME TO YOUR HOME. WHEN AN ATTORNEY HAS TO ADVERTISE BY MAIL, HE/SHE IS NO GOOD. POOR RATING GOES TO HIM. NEVER AGIAIN.
