Alan Jay Lander

Alan took my case after it was passed to him by another firm. He screwed around with it and me for 2 years and a half years before I had had enough and just asked for my paperwork. I used to be a client of Mr. Client. I needed to settled my case on the day of my court date, but, Mr. Lander told me in about 3-4 weeks that he is going to charge me deposition fees. I didn't have money to pay the deposition fees. Also, I didn't want Mr. Lander to subtract the deposition fees from m...y settlement check. Also, Mr Lander said he didn't feel confident going against the female insurance attorney. Also, the body shop charged me $10,000 in storage fees and never in formed they charge storage fees. I asked the assistant general manager to waive it, but she waived it an half and I tried and tried with the help of my father in person to waive it 100% off. She got angry with my me and my father and threaten to have the police removes us from their business. I then asked Mr. Lander through his secretary to talk to the head women in charge at the body shop and Mr. Lander told his secretary to tell me: if the body shop executive won't listen to you then she won't listen to Mr. Lander. Mr. Lander sent me and my parents to the poorhouse. I could have received the maximum settlement check, but Mr. Lander let me down.
