Biography
I am licensed in both Maryland and Florida.
The Firm is first and foremost a litigation law firm. What that means is the firm is ready to go to trial to fight for the rights of our clients. This means the Firm is not going to advocate for the plea deal to avoid litigation. Rather, the Firm will go to trial if necessary, to fight for the rights of our clients.
The Client rights are at the center of why the firm exists. The notion of innocent until proven guilty is not only the bedrock of the criminal justice system but is the fundamental principles that underlie our practice.
The Firm exists to Serve. Exist to Fight. Exist to provide aggressive advocacy for the needs of our clients. We do not shy away from the hard to win cases. Yet we do not provide an unrealistic outcome for our clients.
