Mr. Reid and his team are amazing in every single way. I had a custody battle going on Mr. Reid made sure he did everything in his power to make sure everything was fair and what was in the best interest of my daughter. They really take the time out to answer your questions and handle anything if Mr. Reid is out of the office, especially Ms. Trow. I was dealing with a nasty custody battle when I contacted Reid for guidance. Reid advised me on alternate routes to try before throwing the towel in and hiring an attorney. Reid was very direct and honest. I consulted with several attorney’s but Reid was the most upfront and honest. Phone calls were... always answered or returned within reasonable time frame. My annoying endless amount of questions were always answered with honesty and in a professional manner. Reid will not tell you what you want to hear but the truth which to me is excellent. Reid’s guidance is precise. He’s wise and confident in his work. You’ll never be blindsided by the opposing party because Reid and his staff are on top of things. We hired The Law office of Rhon C Reid to represent us in a sensitive, highly emotional family law matter with extenuating circumstances around visitation and support. This firm handled our case with empathy, the utmost respect, and professionalism. Mr. Reid and his team were very responsive to ...our calls/emails; filing motions and responding to the many nuisances and bogus complaints from "those people" on the other side. Mr. Reid displayed stellar conflict resolution and negotiating skills during several meditations dealing with the other family and opposing counsel. "Superman " is what I call him. He took my case in 2009 when an affiliate attorney was not responsive to my case legal matters. He was very responsive to all the needs of my case (attention to detail, responding to the other party counsel, court notices, phone calls and available during non- busine...ss hours in emergency situations. He was super dynamic, because the other party was law enforcement which made my legal civil matter challenging. I will be looking to hire Mr. Reid in the future if the need arises and I encourage all others to do so as well.
