I hired Rhon and his team to help with my divorce/ custody case after receiving a letter in the mail from the firm with an opportunity for a consultation. The case was interstate and I was handling things from across the US but I felt confident in his office from the first interaction because of the... obvious effort. I teared up during the consult when explaining the situation but never felt ashamed for what I was going through because Rhon took the time to reassure me and build me up for the case! There is a lot of thorough explanation for what we're doing/why and was given regular updates. Maxie impressed me in many instances with her attention to detail in specifics to my case and felt she understood me. Divorce cases can add up quick but it's worth hiring this firm. The payment arrangements are flexible, monthly invoices are keen with detail and service costs were explained prior to being charged. Communication was mostly regular but there were a few times I'd send an email and not hear back for a week or so, meaning I'd send a follow up email and get charged for a follow up. Other than that- phenomenal! The expectations were set, I trusted the process and got the result I wanted. Thank you.

I was referred to Mr. Reid. He and his staff were thoughtful, courteous, excellent at handling, guiding, and managing a very time consuming and ugly custody battle. It takes a lot of teamwork with lawyers to handle any custody case, and Mr.Reid and his staff very knowledgeably took care of a lot and... saved me a lot of time handling everything so well without wasting any time to handle matters so efficiently and effectively. I was so thankful and relieved how much they did for me and my family as it was a horribly dramatic case with crafty people. I was so happy to finally have peace of mind and no more drama as it was such an emotionally hurtful case. This review is from 1-1/2 years ago and I couldn’t say thank you enough as I can now finally think about how they handled my case without going dizzy about reflecting on all the hurt and realizing how well they handled it all - down to helping my emotional well-being by not letting the other parties tactics effect my life by handling things for me without the wasteful relay time of information which many people do to wear you down to just “settle”. We hired The Law office of Rhon C Reid to represent us in a sensitive, highly emotional family law matter with extenuating circumstances around visitation and support. This firm handled our case with empathy, the utmost respect, and professionalism. Mr. Reid and his team were very responsive to ...our calls/emails; filing motions and responding to the many nuisances and bogus complaints from "those people" on the other side. Mr. Reid displayed stellar conflict resolution and negotiating skills during several meditations dealing with the other family and opposing counsel. We ran into some obstacles along the way but, Rhon always consulted with us giving us pros/cons of each possible decision and always sought out the very best resolutions leaving us feeling very satisfied.
