She does good work when she’s on it, but her communication is a serious problem. I’ve called multiple times with no response. I’ve left emails, booked an appointment for her to call me, still nothing. Multiple messages, no reply. For a lawyer, that’s unacceptable. I’ve been trying to reach her since ...last year to get updates, but she simply doesn’t respond. A lawyer should proactively keep you informed, especially given the current immigration situation—but she never once reached out. Calling her office goes to voicemail; her personal line goes unanswered. Her license still shows active, so I truly don’t understand why an attorney won’t communicate effectively.
