I am Passionate about helping my clients, both individuals and companies to navigate successfully through the system of U.S immigration and nationality law. My services enable my client to realize their immigration desires and intents, and help them become suceesful contributing members of the society in the United States. Being an immigrant, I know, feel and understand your immigration needs and I am commited to providing successful immigration solutions to our clients.
I have successfully represented numerous family law clients with matters relating to divorce, separation, child custody, child support, adoption, marital property division and CINA. I work with my clients to explore mediation, settlement agreements and have amicable resolutions as much as possible, however, I do not hesitate to aggressively represent them if the matters are inevitably contested.
