William Parry Dale

Bill has been practicing law in Maryland and Washington, D.C., since 1974.  He graduated magna cum laude from Cornell University in 1971 and received his juris doctor from Georgetown University in 1974.  Bill is a Principal and a primary founder of McChesney & Dale, P.C.  

Bill is a member of the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans, the Washington D.C. Estate Planning Counsil, The Barristers, and The Association of Compensation Insurance Attorneys, where he served as President and Secretary.  He is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Oncology Foundation of Maryland and the District of Columbia.

Bill is licensed to practice in Courts throughout Maryland and the District of Columbia, the Supreme Court, and has been admitted pro hac vice in select cases in Virginia.  His practice areas include estate planning, estate administration, ERISA (the federal Employee Retirement Income Security Act), and employee benefits.
