So so

Gabriel and I spoke briefly about my case we spent a great deal talking about his accomplishments which was not a proper use of my time. I sought legal help instead I got very unrelated history lesson and waited 45 mins to be seen even though I had an appointment. He seemed pleasant but chovanestic. ...I decided to continue my search for an attorney.

Untrustworthy

I hired this form for my personal injury case. Initially everything was great. Once it was time for settlement I had to continuously call the office to get an update. After about 3 weeks they finally called me with a settlement to an amount I didnt agree. I found that to be very unprofessional and I ...considerate. I was involved throughout the entire process expect when it came to money. Untrustworthy.

This comment does not reflect our very thorough office protocol. First, we cannot settle a case without getting the written consent of a client. Second, the client must sign off on the settlement check and then give our office authority to deposit that check. For total transparency, such an authorization must be in writing. Thirdly, the settlement of any and all personal injury cases is accompanied by a written release. That release must be signed by the client to accept settlement as full and final. Throughout that process we explain all relevant factors, pro and con, to the client. Fourthly, we provide the client with a settlement statement outlining all the expenses associated with the case, the attorney fees and the final cash settlement to the client. It must also be noted that we do something outside the norm: we never take a fee in excess of what our clients receive and do so out of a sense of commitment to putting the client first. Accordingly, this comment does not comport with the manner in which we do business. Thankful for the opportunity to clarify.

Inconsistent

Although my case was successful Mr. Chrisitain is NOT consistent he always had to reschedule our meeting or is never available and rearly returns calls. He came to court seeming to be prepared but expected to use his "tenure" status to win my case. Fortunately, my case was just traffic I wouldn't re...ccomend him for anything serious.

We understand your concerns and wish you had brought such up with us. We are not perfect but strive to maintain our high standards of service to all our clients. We always make sure to apologize where we fall short. While we are a busy law firm and matters are sometimes reset, it is never done in a fashion which impairs the handling of a client's matter. Our Chief of Staff Alex Alfaro consistently gets compliments for prompt handling of clients with issues . When a client has an issue we bring them in promptly. We are happy that we were successful in your case. While we cannot win every case, we deliver success in cases big and small.
