The Judicial culture I cant say I understand 100%. For some odd reason I feel like my case was thrown. You ever seen sporting events when looking from the stands things just don't look right and certain things should have never been allowed to occur. I feel like I was left out in deep water to suffer... worngfully. At one point I saw the fight in Mr. Christian leave completly. Not probing anyone and allowing false statements to go unchallenged. At one point mid hearing it was almost like he had enough, dropped his shoulders and accepted defeat. Disregarding purpose and my future. I believe Mr. Christian is a very good attorney and want the best for his clients. I believe if Mr Christian wasn't so assumptive towards my case and pulled various records and had the time to understand what he was fighting for Im convinced a totaly different outcome would have been produced. What is the backup plan when a judge doesn't allow key elements and evidence to be presented? What is plan B? What is plan C? Mr. Christian is really In need of urgent support. The way my case went should have never went the why it did considering the facts that was never I mean not once defended nor presented. If you want someone to just stand with you and have a presence OK he's your guy. If you want your case to be handle with extreme attention and care he's your guy only and I mean only if he's not Too Busy. If you notice that youre being rushed or time isnt given to your case leave ASAP. Its too risky to just move in a perception of winning without any sort of honest and true preparation. Although a client may not show well on the stands at least in my misunderstanding of the Judicial Culture, I thought your Attorney was there to hold a particular etiquette, and walk a outsider through a complex system making any client presence heard and received.
