Godly and Genius lawyer.

Gabe, handles all my legal matters. The thing about Gabe is he knows everybody. So he's very well connected and that help me and I would imagine his other clients to be in the right space to win in court and in life. I've been in court 3 times with Gabe and we have won every case. Genius ! ,Raymond

Too Busy

The Judicial culture I cant say I understand 100%. For some odd reason I feel like my case was thrown. You ever seen sporting events when looking from the stands things just don't look right and certain things should have never been allowed to occur. I feel like I was left out in deep water to suffer... worngfully. At one point I saw the fight in Mr. Christian leave completly. Not probing anyone and allowing false statements to go unchallenged. At one point mid hearing it was almost like he had enough, dropped his shoulders and accepted defeat. Disregarding purpose and my future. I believe Mr. Christian is a very good attorney and want the best for his clients. I believe if Mr Christian wasn't so assumptive towards my case and pulled various records and had the time to understand what he was fighting for Im convinced a totaly different outcome would have been produced. What is the backup plan when a judge doesn't allow key elements and evidence to be presented? What is plan B? What is plan C? Mr. Christian is really In need of urgent support. The way my case went should have never went the why it did considering the facts that was never I mean not once defended nor presented. If you want someone to just stand with you and have a presence OK he's your guy. If you want your case to be handle with extreme attention and care he's your guy only and I mean only if he's not Too Busy. If you notice that youre being rushed or time isnt given to your case leave ASAP. Its too risky to just move in a perception of winning without any sort of honest and true preparation. Although a client may not show well on the stands at least in my misunderstanding of the Judicial Culture, I thought your Attorney was there to hold a particular etiquette, and walk a outsider through a complex system making any client presence heard and received.

Dear Sir, Thanks for the feedback. At the first trial in your matter, we won your case and you were rightly proud of our outstanding work. Remember, it was our good preparation and our holding your hand through the complex maze of trial requirements which made for our early success. However, your wife appealed as was her right. She was now in the Circuit Court with a new judge who looked at the facts differently., We fought a terrific fight and lost. The sensitive nature of your case makes it such that many judges err on the side of extreme caution to avoid any loss of life or limb that can be later laid at their door. However, in an effort to accord our persuasive argument value, the judge denied the opposition's request for support payments from you and disallowed the one-year stay-away order sought against you. The stay-away order was abbreviated. We are thankful for the opportunity to have served you which we did well. While it is true that I am busy, you always had access to my office and the result of a new trial at appeal had nothing to do with how busy we are. Our clients have our time. We wish you all the best and you shall overcome this moment, with our help if possible.

Untrustworthy

I hired this form for my personal injury case. Initially everything was great. Once it was time for settlement I had to continuously call the office to get an update. After about 3 weeks they finally called me with a settlement to an amount I didnt agree. I found that to be very unprofessional and I ...considerate. I was involved throughout the entire process expect when it came to money. Untrustworthy.

This comment does not reflect our very thorough office protocol. First, we cannot settle a case without getting the written consent of a client. Second, the client must sign off on the settlement check and then give our office authority to deposit that check. For total transparency, such an authorization must be in writing. Thirdly, the settlement of any and all personal injury cases is accompanied by a written release. That release must be signed by the client to accept settlement as full and final. Throughout that process we explain all relevant factors, pro and con, to the client. Fourthly, we provide the client with a settlement statement outlining all the expenses associated with the case, the attorney fees and the final cash settlement to the client. It must also be noted that we do something outside the norm: we never take a fee in excess of what our clients receive and do so out of a sense of commitment to putting the client first. Accordingly, this comment does not comport with the manner in which we do business. Thankful for the opportunity to clarify.
