It was a really long time ago but Rich took my case and as we were near the end, the defendents tried a really sneaky angle and Rich was taken by surprize. I was also. Rich was concerned. We took a recess and Rich asked me, "Why didnt you tell me about XXX? I responded " it never occured to me to me...ntion it" . He considered taking a settlement but I said NO, I was teling the truth so he said ok and we returned to the courtroom. Guess who won??? Guess whose case was published in Legal Journals? RICH!! He believes in his clients.

Part of what makes him a superior trial lawyer is he is a skilled appellate attorney and can see issues at trial that need to be preserved in the event of an appeal. Mr. Walsh is an excellant attorney who really knows his way around a courtroom. He is tough and fights for his clients. But what I like most is that when he is talking to his clients, he is a real person. He does not talk down to his clients. He works well with them to get the informatiom from his cl...ients and let's them know what is a reasonable outcome. If you want to deal with a down to earth person who turns into a tiger in the courtroom, you have found him.

I wish there were more stars to give! ---- Richard help me through a complicated business case that included multiple interrogatories, depositions, a ten day jury trial and a trip to the special courts of appeal. Richard and his team were extremely prepared for trial as we were facing several of the... biggest law firms in the state. We were rewarded with a multi-million dollar verdict. He set the expectation and always followed through. Richard is knowledgeable and always straight forward. He keeps me informed and communication is excellent.
