Law Offices of Patricia Cleary, LLC
Estate planning, business counsel, real estate...a trusted general practice attorney from Western Maryland to the Eastern Shore...
The average person or small business needs the help of an attorney a few times during their lives. As a general practice attorney for many years, Patricia has built a reputation for showing that great legal
advice is as close as a good neighbor. With a primary focus on estate planning, small business counsel and real estate, Patty is skilled in finding creative and cost-effective solutions for their legal needs. As a trusted attorney, Patty understands that when the need for a lawyer arises, people want an attorney focused on their needs and is responsive and accessible. She keeps her practice small so that she can be available to help her clients when they need her.
No one wants to talk about being sick or dying. Patty understands this and strives to help her clients understand when they need a will, what a power of attorney is, when they should use a POD bank account and makes this process as easy as possible. When clients understand that their estate planning needs will change during their lifetime, Patty can help them put together an estate plan which protects them and their loved ones.
