Biography
I became a lawyer in May of 1981 and by a happy coincidence found my calling as a personal injury trial lawyer. I began trying cases immediately upon admission to the Maryland bar.
I initially represented both plaintiffs (the injured parties) and insurance companies. This provided me insight into the vagaries of defending cases and presenting the cases of injured victims.
Insurance companies have an entirely different approach to car and truck accident cases and understanding how they look at such cases has beneficially informed my approach to such cases and maximized both the verdicts and settlements I garner for my clients.
Since 1988, I have exclusively represented injured victims of car and truck accidents, medical malpractice, and a variety of other personal injury and civil rights cases.
We only represent individuals and have a long history of providing personal service to a legion of clients, their children and grandchildren.
