I was not convicted on my charges and had the optimum outcome. Mike was honest and realistic and kept me abreast the whole time. In Sep of 2020, my life came to an halt. I was being faced with multiple DUI charges and then some, after being in an car accident. Knowing what I had at stake: family, career, clearance, etc… I immediately began my quest to find representation, realizing this was a serious matter. After googling, sc...reening multiple lawyers and firms, I can honestly say I have read over a 100+ reviews before coming to my decision, one that was well worth it. After my search was completed, I contacted Mr Berman and the Alpert Schreyer & Poe law firm , immediately I felt at home they were welcoming, professional and very experienced with over 30+ years in these kind of cases. I didn’t hesitate to retain them, they explained the process and assured me they worked as a team to get the best possible outcome for any case. Shortly after I received my mitigation plan, the infamous “Homework” lol funny now but it works, and if you follow the outline to the T you only makes your defense that much stronger. Once all that was done we received the first court date which was postponed, a second that was continued, so I guess the third times a charm. A week before court I spoke to Mr Berman to get the final run through of what the day would be like and to see if I had any further questions for him before trial. Morning of trial we met 30 min before our scheduled hearing time to again go through the plan of action and to see if I had any final concerns/questions, he was well prepared. Really nice guy, smooth as butter. Our case was then called and though he’s a very nice guy he went into battle mode and to say the least I was amazed and slightly dumb struck at the way he performed. The whole court was amazed. The way how he paid attention to the smallest details and dissect the case to a skeleton, he left nothing out, he really knows the law and is very much comfortable going to trial to fight for you. In the end after Mr Berman’s outstanding representation, my case was ultimately dismissed. I cannot thank him enough, now I have my life back and can now put all this behind me. If you should ever need representation Mr Berman is the guy. I would definitely refer him and his firm to any friends and family, he actually cares about his clients and will do anything in his power to get you the best outcome possible for your case.

One very bad decision led to my second DUI and I was terrified of what would happen next. The next day my wife and I started our search to find a lawyer. We talked to a few but just didn’t feel like they were the right fit.. feeling very rushed. We found the Alpert Schreyer firm and got a call almost... immediately after filling out the contact info. On February 2, 2022. The morning before my court time I was so nervous. This was a case about a DUI in February 13th, 2021 and was shocked ever since that incident happened and couldn’t not believe that it happened in a bad way. I’ve had blank looks and feeling mentally tired because this case took t...oo long. Mike Bermon is a hero to my life! He was so professional and up front. The morning of my court he was very confident that there were errors which caused me to get the case dropped and no charges. No points on my license or even a probation before judgement.
