Biography
Rosemary Keffler is a Southern Maryland attorney who focuses her practice in the areas of Estate Planning, Probate and Real Estate. From the preparation of a simple will to the management of a complex estate, Mrs. Keffler continues to impress clients with her knowledge, competence, and approachable manner. Whether drafting a detailed financial plan for asset protection, assisting those struggling with health care decisions for aging family members, or undertaking post-mortem planning for survivors, her unique combination of skill and compassion make her the obvious choice for an Estate Planning attorney.
In addition to her outstanding capabilities in Estate Planning, Mrs. Keffler handles real estate issues such as contracts, easements, deeds, and title review with the same proficiency and commitment to excellence for which she is known.
Rosemary is a member of the Calvert County and Maryland State Bar Associations, and serves on the Board of Directors for the College of Southern Maryland Foundation. She conducts Estate Planning Seminars throughout the county in conjunction with the Calvert County Office on Aging and Asbury at Solomons.
Rosemary earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore, Magna cum laude, in 2000, with Membership in the Heuisler Honor Society, a distinction reserved for the top 10% of the graduating class. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management from The Catholic University of America, Summa cum laude, in 1990.
She currently resides in Huntingtown with her husband and three children.
