Mr. Ealley is truly a life saver. He walked me step to step over my Chapter 13. He received his money during the first 6 months of my 5 year chapter 13. After 3 years into the case had a hearing with the trustee and he managed to get my case dismissed. I lost 3 years of payments and he also go $500 more from me to file a motion which never got filed and ignores my calls and ema...ils requesting that money back. I would not recommend him to anyone!

I was pleased with his representation in my bankruptcy case. He explained the bankruptcy process completely. He followed-up on issues and concerns that I had in a timely manner. He continued to give assistance and advice related to issues that occurred three months after I received the final decree ...and discharge for my bankruptcy.
