Mr. McDevitt, I am writing you this public letter to show my appreciation. I hope that anyone stumbling upon it, that is in need of your assistance, can find some light in the experience and testimony. Several months ago I was pulled over for speeding. I had drank that evening, and after perf...orming a field sobriety, including blowing in the field, was arrested and charged with DUI, DWI, and other charges.
