Kevin McDevitt is very anuthentic and down-to-earth and you can tell he genuinely cares about the wellbeing of his clients. I had a consultation with him after my DUI and he recommended getting an interlock device without charging me for his services claiming there was no argument against my DUI. Lat...er when I received another point for an accident I retained service and he represented me for an MVA hearing with an Administrative Law Judge that was with an independent state agency called the Office of Administrative Hearings (OAH). Kevin is easy to get in touch with and he is detailed and thorough and went to bat for me. I am highly impressed and pleased and we were able to keep my license from being suspended! Mr. McDevitt defended me in my second DWI case in which I was charged with 4 counts of DWI(2) and DUI(2).
