Kevin did a superb job rigorously defending me. I was arrested with a .08 bac and charged with dui, dui Per se, dwi, neglagant driving, and no seatbelt. He used the n.i.t.s.a handbook while cross examining the officer and got everything thrown out but the seatbelt charge. Kevin is definitely the pers...on you want defending you in your case.

I was arrested for DUI and speeding among other charges with a 0.17 BAC. Mr. McDevitt feverishly fought against the what was found to be improper procedures by the arresting officer. Mr. McDevitt also used video evidence introduced by the prosecution to my benefit. With the tremendous effort by Mr.... McDevitt I was found not guilty of all charges except speeding. At 19 years old, I was involved in a head on collision. I was driving and my passenger, who was also my boyfriend, interfered with the steering wheel causing us to jerk into the other lane. After investigating the collision, it was soon determined that speed, drugs/alcohol, and a cellphone WERE NOT ...FACTORS in the collision.
