Marie Palmquist

I have a unique review perspective as I had the pleasure of working for Marie Palmquist while I was in college MANY many years ago as an Assistant/Receptionist (not even sure if she’ll remember me at this point) and shortly after that my family hired her to represent them in a claims case. And I can ...tell you that she genuinely cares for every one of her clients and will absolutely do everything in her power to help each client with their unique case. I remember being quite intimidated by her when I started working for her—she was this formidable law gladiator and I was an oblivious 18 year old without a formal resumé who didn’t know much about the professional world, let alone all the legalese. And I have always had the unfortunate habit of chatting/small talk when nervous. And Marie Palmquist was NOT one for non-work related small talk. Why?? Because she’s eyeballs deep in reviewing, analyzing, and working YOUR case, that’s why. However, my intimidation quickly turned into admiration as I continued to learn from her and saw how wonderful and hard-working she was for her clients. In fact, she pretty much always stayed working on cases—she didn’t treat her cases like a job, rather she seemed to treat each one like an important quest. To provide more context as to her character—she took the additional time to take me under her wing. She helped me build my first formal resume (While much longer, I think I actually pretty much use the same template she created for me to this day) and gave me several tips on my studies and tests. Working with her, I went from a bit of a “nothing”…to someone with professional experience and more confidence in my worth, I’m actually writing this review because working for her was my start to a rather successful career as an intelligence analyst and my thoughts drifted back to when it started to for some reason. I wonder how differently things might have turned out if she hadn’t been a mentor and positive influence for me. So, on my part, I can honestly say she’s positively life-changing. And when she turns all of that powerful energy, genuine care, and incredible experiences to YOUR case—you’ll feel like you have an entire army at your side.

If you want an attorney who will fight your battle as if it were her very own, I'd say look no further, she's the one. I've not been asked to do this review, it's the least I could do. For my divorce/custody case, I needed an attorney who represented the strength of an eagle (contentious divorce). ... I was referred to her and as a result, I am PROUD to say, I am now "HAPPILY DIVORCED." Ms. Palmquist is an honest, straight forward professional who will tell you what you need to hear versus what you want to hear as it pertains to your case and the law. Going forward, if the need arises, I will turn to Ms Palmquist. Actions speak louder than words. She has done right by me and my children in the courtroom. It wasn't easy, but well worth every dime spent! I appreciate her and I have no doubt you will too if you find yourself in need of a darned good attorney! One more thing: military members considering divorce, you definitely need her in your corner. If in doubt, reread the paragraph above. Best of luck. :)

Ms. Palmquist did an exceptional job with my divorce/custody case in 2012. She is efficient and proactive in doing the necessary work to yield the end results. She is ttue professional, trustworthy and a straight shooter. In short, I needed a divorce attorney to fight for me and my children. Ms. ...Palmquist is a true gladiator!
