Mr Gray did a wonderful negotiation with a bank for us regarding a second home we lost because of the recession. We were able to occupy the home for three years because of his skills in communication with the bank. The bank permitted us to stay there as long as we maintained the home and paid the qua...rterly homeowner association fee. We have also used his services on other matters.

Mr. Grey is an overpowering individual who knew nothing about HOA guidelines. When my HOA came up with a contract that only I had to follow, which was way outside of guidelines for all other fellow resident, he 'told' me to sign it. I told him that it is biased towards me only and that I did not a...gree with that, however LVE convinced him to convice me due to what I feel is his incompetence. My late Mom would say, "He is not worth the pot to piss in!" No disrespect to any readers intended... Good Luck if you believe his HogWash!
