What started as a minor disagreement about my annual leave use quickly spiraled into an unnecessary and retaliatory atmosphere at my federal workplace. I was forced to file an EEO complaint. The EEO process is quite imposing and despite clear rules and regulations. My supervisor and senior rater c...ontinue to retaliate and impose "informal" disciplinary action against me. Including a completely unsupported 5 day suspension. Ms. Tsotakos kept me calm and guided me thru the entire EEO process from beginning to end. She would review all my email communication with management prior to sending. She would call before key interviews with EEO officials or interaction with my supervisor and senior rater. She would do an excellent job of explaining what was about to happen, situations/ comments that will more than likely been used, and most importantly reminded me not to be baited into a debate or argument. Having a professional prep you, remind you to stay on topic, and not to be lead off the relevant topic was extraordinarily helpful to me. Due to her hard work and dedication, I was able to get the inappropriate 5 day suspension remove from my service record which had been my most important goal of this endeavor. She was also able to recovered sick and annual leave used during this period as well as my attorney's fees. I would definitely and have already recommended her to my coworkers and friends.

This lawyer lacks all experience to get even a basic case moving in the right direction. I had a case against the federal government for a matter relating to employment. This lawyer essentially took the government side, kept on charging me fees that I had no idea what they were about. In fact, sh...e was vested in seeing me fail. I fired her and hired another attorney who moved the case to my full satisfaction.
