Landry Miles Redding

From the beginning, LT Redding was assigned to my case. I was being charged with 2 article 120’s, 128, 134, and 2 130’s. After turning down a plea deal with a hired civilian attorney and then choosing another lawyer to work with my assigned DSO lawyer, I chose to be judged by a panel of my peers. Aft...er a 6 day General Court Martial, the case resulted in a letter of reprimand, a fine, and 1 article of 128 (a lesser offense of 120), conduct unbecoming of an officer and fraternization. However, NO dismissal. Through vigorous cross examination of government’s witness and a closing argument for sentencing, LT Redding exceeded all expectations which resulted in an outcome that no one could have predicted.
