Biography
OJ Jowyk has over a decade of legal experience with over thirty years of experience in and around the U.S. Government. Prior to becoming a lawyer, OJ served for twenty years in the U.S. Air Force as both an enlisted member and officer, serving as a navigator/electronic warfare officer. During law school OJ worked for a government contractor as an acquisition analyst.
OJ’s practice focuses on advising domestic and international clients on all aspects of government contracting law, including prime and subcontracts and other related agreements, government contractor M&A due diligence, contract and solicitation review and risk assessment, Organizational Conflicts of Interests issues and mitigation plans, data rights issues, Freedom of Information Act requests and defenses, ethics compliance policies and training programs, export controls compliance and training programs, and facility and personnel security clearance issues.
