President

Bob Nath has handled my high dollar tax legal issues with the IRS for over 10 years. He is best in class in his knowledge of the tax law and leverages his years of experience in dealing with strategic decisions on IRS engagement. He is respected by the IRS. More importantly, Bob cares about a success...ful outcome and is sincere in his advice. Last, Bob understands that in many cases IRS issues are deeply impactful to the client and potentially life changing. Like a good doctor, Bob treats your situation with extreme care and understanding of the human dynamic. He started as my lawyer but is now my friend as well. I give him the highest recommendation.

Outstanding and detailed service every step of the way!!

I hired Mr. Nath about a year ago because of a tax matter I had with the IRS. I had very little hopes and possibilities to succeed were less than good. Mr. Nath, however not only handled this matter in great details, but he also strategized finding the best way to approach each step minimizing ris...ks while ensuring proper and effective communication to the appointed IRS officer in charge of my case. He went beyond every expectations: he diligently and passionately fought for my rights, he implemented course of actions that resulted successful in order to satisfy my matter and mostly he did all of it without causing any stress for both sides. Mr. Nath is extremely knowledgeable and savvy and I cannot think of anyone better or more professional to handle any case that could seem impossible to resolve at first. Trust his methods, be patient and in the end you will be running a victory lap. Thank you Mr. Nath for the help, the time, support, but mostly for your professionalism.

Overall Amazing Experience

We hired Mr. Nath to assist us in settling an IRS problem dating back to 2008 - 2011. We worked with the very responsive and kind, Mr. Nath, to settle our case for $200,000. We owed over $900,000 and Mr. Nath worked on our behalf with the IRS to get a settlement we could afford. He has followed up wi...th us since the settlement and we offered our many thanks. He was professional, efficient, and successful.

President

Robert Nath is a very professional and thorough attorney. My relationship started with Mr. Nath about 4 years ago. In the past 4 years he has been able to negotiate on my behalf with tax authorities and saved me money with my business/personally over 500 thousand dollars. I have been in business for ...over 50 years, and if it were not for the expertise and experience Mr. Nath has in tax law, I honestly do not know where my business would be today. To sum it up, Mr. Nath knows what he’s doing, works very hard for his client and gets the job done. I would recommend him highly to anyone in need of an attorney specializing in tax law. Thank you.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
