Louis J. Alfieri

Practice includes all aspects of Intellectual Property law. The range of Mr. Alfieri's practice covers the entire life of patents and other intellectual property rights, from the planning and procurement of intellectual property rights, to the maintenance and enforcement of those rights. His practice focuses primarily on patent and trademark prosecution, intellectual property litigation, intellectual property counseling, and all aspects of Section 337 unfair trade practice before the U.S. ITC.
