She resp...onded to my very first phone inquiry by spending quite a bit of time answering my questions and describing the application process in detail. Right after, she followed up with lists of documents to gather prior to seeing her in person. Ms. Ho was very careful in reviewing my green card application and providing advice as to what happens next. In addition, she offered to write our wills, which I meant to do for a while. This was perfect timing, because wills serve a very strong evidence of bona fide relationship. Importantly, once our application was submitted, Elizabeth kept following up on our application status , letting us know every time she receives a notice from government offices. This was very helpful since at one point, my mail stopped coming and I was afraid to miss my OPT notices. This was also especially appreciated because our case was already completed, and Ms. Ho was providing these updates solely as a courtesy. I have already receive my green card.
