An amazing attorney

I had found Danielle while searching for a divorce attorney online. I was impressed with her reviews and the outstanding results she had performed for her clients over the years. The amazing part is that her performance is supreme yet her charges are very reasonably priced compared to many other att...orneys and that is very difficult combination to find in a successful attorney for any client. I have been working with Danielle on my divorce case since Dec 2018. For any challenging and Unusual circumstances during this time, she has never failed to promptly respond to my messages, emails and phone calls. She has always explained to me throughly the steps we will be taking in the process so I was always up to date. She has always kept my mind at ease by providing mental support as well as preparing the correct documents, submitting them, being in touch with my former husband’s attorney all in timely manner. while this is the most draining and difficult time for anyone going through a divorce, I knew I could ask her anything and I will be answered shortly after. With her extreme knowledge, she has helped me get a really decent share as far as support, alimony, asset division, children’s visitations, Property settlement etc and saved me from the hassle of going to trial. During mediation, I felt very comfortable with her explaining the process to me. I trusted the decisions she made for me As they would benefit me In long term. She has already resolved many cases prior to mine very successfully so I knew I could trust her. Not only is she an amazing and most knowledgeable attorney I have ever come across, but she is also very friendly, sympathetic, kind hearted , patient and a fun women to work with. I remember during mediation, I would ask her the same questions many times so I could understand them well. She would without any hesitation, explain things to me over and over and then still ask if I understood it better now. I am very happy where I am today in life after the divorce has been finalized smoothly. I do not need to worry about finances and do not have any uncertainties about my children’s secured future because of Danielle’s efforts to get me my fair share for long term. I would Highly recommend Danielle to anyone without a second thought as you can not go wrong with her work!

NoVa’s Best Lawyer!

Danielle is great! I recently finalized my divorce which lasted about 1 year. From my first interaction with her, she was very attentive to my wishes and understanding of my hopes. She was direct with me when my ideals were not realistic yet patiently willing to work with me if I was still determined... to stay a certain course. She listened to me when it was just she and I and fought for me when she interacted with opposing counsel. She’s articulate, sharp, knowledgeable, intuitive and most importantly, honest. After all was said and done, I ended up in pretty much the exact place that she foresaw from the beginning. I am deeply grateful for all of her hard work and diligence.

Perfect Representation!

Danielle represented me in 2014, and again in 2016-17 for an unusual, difficult custody proceeding with an international nexus. What began as an amicable arrangement between parties at the beginning of the process eventually became confrontational and difficult. Danielle handled my case perfectly eve...ry step of the way, resulting in the best possible outcome for me and for my child. I have learned that when selecting an attorney, its critical to select not only an experienced one, but one with a deep "back bench" of experienced colleagues within the firm. Danielle sometimes consulted with her colleagues about our case, and was able to generate new ideas and approaches about our case. Additionally, and significantly, Danielle used my retainer and funds judiciously and efficiently, If an unusual expense was anticipated, she would forewarn me with a explanation of the anticipated charge. I hope to not have to call upon the services of a family law firm again, but if I do, I will only consider Danielle!

Outstanding Representation 3 years in the Making

This review is long overdue and I hope it helps someone whose deciding whether to hire her as their attorney. I hired Danielle in December 2013 and it was and continues to be the best decision; for my three kids and me, I have ever made. My case has run the gamut of family law and she has been outsta...nding the whole way. Danielle has made this stressful and at times emotionally agonizing process bearable and all the important aspects of the case (most importantly custody and decision making authority for medical and schooling decisions) have gone our way. Danielle is well versed in family law, divorce, custody/visitation, and support and everything in between (I know this because I have been through it all due to the litigious nature of my former spouse (unfortunately). She’s done an excellent job explaining things and guiding me through all the obstacles that continue to get thrown at us. She is respectful of my opinions and input and incorporates it a majority of the time. Danielle is open and honest and she tells me what I need to hear as opposed to what I want to hear at times and; in hindsight, that is appreciated. I can’t say we haven’t had our disagreements however, but as a true professional she has taken the time to explain the “hows” and “whys” in order for my family to get the best outcome and I have seen the benefits in following her counsel and in our legal strategy moving forward. She has a professional and calm demeanor and is always prepared; whether it is for a deposition, a call/email/communication with opposing counsel, preparing and/or responding to motions/orders etc., or most importantly in front of a judge, she does her research and it shows. She has been successful when we have had to be in the courtroom as well as keeping me from having to go into court as she has sought to limit the litigation as much as possible and settle matters outside the courtroom. She responds to my communications quickly and professionally and keeps me updated on the latest developments. She is easy to talk to and is respectful of me and my kids and our situation. At times in my case I have had to discuss somewhat embarrassing information with her, but I never felt that she judged me or treated me any different at any time. I wouldn’t wish my situation upon anyone or their families, but if you are looking for an attorney that is successful and trustworthy and has her clients best interests at heart (without getting personally attached … only professionally) I’d recommend Danielle to anyone without hesitation.

Superb Representation

Danielle represented me in a custody modification case, and I could not have been more pleased with her performance. She was very responsive to all of my inquiries, and she diligently kept me up-to-date with the status of my case. The opposing party was unwilling to settle out of court, so a hear...ing was necessary to settle the matter. Under these most stressful of conditions is where Danielle was truly impressive. Her preparation and organization preceding court was at a level beyond anything I had anticipated or expected. Her meticulous attention to detail greatly reduced my unease on the day of the hearing. It was apparent that even the judge took notice of her preparation. With Danielle’s presentation of clear, concise arguments, the results we better than I had anticipated. Danielle went above and beyond representing me, and I cannot overstate my endorsement of her.
