Clifford D. Hyra is the Founder of Fresh IP PLC and an intellectual property attorney with broad experience handling domestic and international patents and trademarks and related matters. Cliff also files and/or prosecutes approximately one hundred trademark applications each year. He has extensive experience handling appeals and contentious proceedings (including oppositions and cancellations) before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) as well as litigation, and trademark enforcement, conducting UDRP domain name dispute resolution campaigns and proceedings, rendering trademark registerability opinions, and handling applications for copyright registration.
