One of my favorite aspects of my job is to help individuals make their dream of being a business owner a reality. I help individuals start and grow their businesses by helping them select the appropriate business entity to accomplish their goals. I provide all the necessary documents that the business needs to protect themselves and the business.

I enjoy being able to help a company or individual navigate the complicated legal process in order to get justice.

I help general contractors and subcontractors with collection matters and breaches of contract actions. Also, I review contractors contracts to ensure that they are adequately protected.
