Marie Washington and her staff are rated above excellent. They are thorough, compassionate and most of all competent. The time i needed her services it was a holiday and Ms Washington was available to provide her guidance as I didn't know what to do next. Ms Washington and staff keep me updated by... phone, office visits and emails until my final court date. You will never find anyone who puts the time and dedication that she puts into her profession. The name you hear from fellow inmates, who is the best in the court room, is Marie Washington! I’ve hired Marie on multiple occasion’s and every time she goes above and beyond what I expect. From her growing staff of paralegals, or what I like to call her “Minions”, that constantly come to check on y...ou and call you, while incarcerated, to make sure your ok or if you need anything. Down to Marie’s, won’t stop until she has the earliest release date possible, if you even do anytime at all, attitude. She’s respected in and out of the court room and not afraid to push back when your being steam rolled. She makes sure that your informed on every aspect of your case and your best defense. My Brother was Recently Arrested on a seemingly crucial Charge, which carried significant Jail Time. After Hiring Marie for not only the Bond Hearing ,which she got reduced to a realistic cost. We Also hired Her for The Whole Case. Very Happy with The Results, that could of been severe, but instea...d very little jail time and small probation sentenced. We went to Marie Washington to update our wills. She gently informed us that because we had out of state wills we didn't actually have any functional wills! But she quickly got us started with what we needed for Virginia.
