I hired Ms. Washington after I received a reckless driving ticket. I was involved in an accident on October 14, 2013. I was hit by a tractor trailer. The driver said he did not run the lght. I was taken to the hospital after sustaining a compound fracture of my right femur, broken ribs, a laceration ...on my forehead, a major concussion, multiple bruises, and a hemotoma on my right forearm. I spent several days in the hospital. The state trooper finally met with me about four weeks later. He said the assistant commonwealth attorney told him to charge me with reckless driving since I had no memory of the accident. At that time, I was given a referral to Ms. Washington. I feel that Ms. Washington did an excellent job defending me against this charge. She was professional, gave me good advice, and did her homework.
