After receiving a letter in the mail that there was a bench warrant for my arrest because I had accidentally mixed trial for "driving while suspended" charge, I was incredibly panicked. After I called Joseph Pricone, however, my mind was set at ease. In a very easy process, Joe helped me "turn my...self in" while he and the judge figured out another court date. After that I was free to go until the next official trial- where he was able to dismiss the driving while suspended charge. As for the failure to appear, I was just charged a small fine. Mr. Pricone in no way did a poor job with my case. Dui 2nd has mandatory minimums and that's that. Where he faultered was his understanding of jail regulations. I was told I would be able to take a medication with me into the work release program, when in fact being on that medication kept me out of ...the work release program. Had he known it wasnt allowed, i would have weened off the medication leading up to court, and the time I was incarcerated I would have been able to still work. That was unforgiveable Mr. Pricone, you gave me bad information. Being off work for those 3 weeks could have cost me a lot had i not been able to get a loan to help me out. As a lawyer, being right about information you provide is mandatory.
