Joseph R. Pricone

I was put in a position where I needed legal counsel and I hired Mr. Pricone. From day one he was always professional, patient, and a good listener. Mr. Pricone is incredibly smart and clever when it comes to planning out a clients defense. I put my trust in Mr. Pricone to help clear my name. Mr. Pricone in no way did a poor job with my case. Dui 2nd has mandatory minimums and that's that. Where he faultered was his understanding of jail regulations. I was told I would be able to take a medication with me into the work release program, when in fact being on that medication kept me out of ...the work release program. Had he known it wasnt allowed, i would have weened off the medication leading up to court, and the time I was incarcerated I would have been able to still work. That was unforgiveable Mr. Pricone, you gave me bad information. Being off work for those 3 weeks could have cost me a lot had i not been able to get a loan to help me out. As a lawyer, being right about information you provide is mandatory.

I contacted Mark B. Williams and Associates for assistance with my appeal case in traffic court, concerning driving outside of restrictions. The reason I had to get an appeal was due to my previous lawyer leaving me high and dry in front of the judge to defend myself, which left me apprehensive about... trusting another lawyer/ law firm. I was linked to Mr. Pricone who listened to my concerns and assured me that the same thing would not happen. He let me know the best and worst case scenarios of trying my case and was honest with what he felt the outcome could be. As a result of his hard work and advocacy it was reduced to a fine, suspended jail time, and a year of good behavior.
