We were appealing several violation notices that our HOA’s Architectural Committee sent us regarding our property. One notice was ...actually directly violating our rights as the residents of our Community. The second one was at the discretion of ARC whether or not to rule in our favor. Mr. McClafferty submitted a letter of appeal on our behalf to the Board. The letter was extremely well-written and presented both cases to the Board beautifully!
