Address these questions to the lawyer, and ask for a copy of the agreement you signed. Normally lawyers don't do cases for free.

Clients have done this before by bringing an updated letter from the employer confirming the position.

No updates on PERM approval from Monday 01/04/2016, last updates that I could find is on 12/31/2015. Don't they update everyday?
