You can always try traveling but it is very tricky given the I-130 issue. There are no sensible predictions for PD movement unfortunately.

Do I need two separate I-130 forms? Where is the Arrival/Departure Record (I-94) from? Submit I-485 form at the same time?

I assume you are a U.S. citizen. If that is correct then yes, file two separate I-140 Petitions and the I-94 can be downloaded from the CBP...
