After being a client of The Law Office of Shayan Noor for two years, our experience, unfortunately, did not reflect the many glowing 5-star reviews. Throughout the process, my partner and I frequently had to chase updates ourselves, often calling multiple times with no return call, and sending ema...ils that were either ignored or met with one word replies. Scheduled appointments were regularly forgotten by their team, and we often had to research critical information on our own to understand what was happening with our case. The most frustrating part came at the end. We were told only one simple step remained. But when we reached out for guidance, it took them over a month to reply. They missed a scheduled meeting, delayed sending the promised follow-up email, and when they finally did respond, they quoted us an additional $5,000 for a visa process we didn’t even require. Feeling overwhelmed and unsupported, I revisited the initial email they sent us over two years ago. Using the information provided there, I located the necessary paperwork myself and completed the process independently in just three hours. Update: The final step, my adjustment of status and work authorization, has now been officially approved. The process they wanted to charge $5,000 for took me only a few hours to complete on my own. I was charged with a General Reckless ticket. I already took continuance earlier and the court date is approaching fast. I got Shayan Noor's contact, just 2 days before the court date.
