I am a lifelong Virginian and a current resident of Loudoun County. I am married with 2 children. When not practicing law, I am a baseball coach in the Dulles Little League and serve as Cubmaster for a local pack of cub scouts.
I have two core practices. In one, I advise businesses in a variety of matters, primarily in the capacity of General Counsel. Most of my clients for this practice are small to midsized businesses. In the other, I advise regulated entities, public companies and individuals on compliance with the federal securities laws. In this capacity, I focus primarily on assisting clients navigate through the enforcement mechanisms of the various regulators in this space.
