MARK HENSHAW SHOULD BE IN JAIL

I don’t understand how this man still has a job, he represented me and never ever answered the phone lied to me on several occasions, lied to the judge about me, needs to be disbarred permanently

Totally Incompetent and Unprofessional

Mr. Henshaw represented me on two separate legal matters over seven months. During that period, he consistently failed to provide timely legal assistance, did not respond to email, teXt or phone calls, was unprepared for trial, and agreed with the judge to seal the case after my objections, clearly ...violating his ethical responsibilities. DO NOT RETAIN HIM TO REPRESENT YOU! HE SHOULD BE SANCTIONED AND DISBARRED!

He did nothing

This man should be put in jail. He took my money and did nothing. He cannot be reached, will not respond, Says he will do things and does not, I was held in contemt of court because he did not respond to the court with my filings. I lost my case because of that. He says that he is working on it but n...ever did.

Appointed by the court to represent my son.

My son was NEVER able to contact him. The phone voice mail is full, so he can't leave a message. My son wrote to him....and he has NEVER returned his call.

HH

Retained him for business lawsuit. He filed the return and never responded to me after that. I have repeatedly emailed and called him with no answer. Gave him a retainer in 2007 and to this date have never received a statement.
