Mr. Henshaw represented me on two separate legal matters over seven months. During that period, he consistently failed to provide timely legal assistance, did not respond to email, teXt or phone calls, was unprepared for trial, and agreed with the judge to seal the case after my objections, clearly ...violating his ethical responsibilities. DO NOT RETAIN HIM TO REPRESENT YOU! HE SHOULD BE SANCTIONED AND DISBARRED!

Hired this lawyer. Never answered calls , never in his office as well. Doesn't seem professional at all. Seem to not know what to do in court or in cases . Wouldn't communicate with you. Very poor work I can't even imagine why be a lawyer if you don't know how to take care of your clients needs or qu...estions . Waste of money!! Stay away from this man!

This man should be put in jail. He took my money and did nothing. He cannot be reached, will not respond, Says he will do things and does not, I was held in contemt of court because he did not respond to the court with my filings. I lost my case because of that. He says that he is working on it but n...ever did.

Once you give him money you never hear from him again. Does not answer his calls. He did not do anything once he cash check. He said that he would be taking care of issues but never does. Will not return calls. I did not know if he was going to show up at court until he did but was late. He had nothi...ng prepared. He was just winging it.
