Reckless driving and won!

I had the pleasure of using Mr. Mark Bailey for a reckless driving ticket. I hired him to represent me at the court hearing. When I hired Mr. Bailey I told him that I did not want to plea it down, that I felt confident that I was innocent. Mr. Bailey listened to my requests, took them into conside...ration, and then laid out my options. On the court date Mr. Bailey had already talked to the prosecutor and worked out a plea deal, which I didn't want. He understood, looked up some case law and was able to get my case dismissed. I felt heard by Mr. Bailey, which is very important to me as I am the one paying for his services. Mr. Bailey was responsive and very professional. He used his experience to give me my options but left the choice up to me. I highly recommend Mr. Bailey if you're in need of an attorney.

Mr. Bailey was very professional from initial consultation until my case was finalized. He discussed all my options and suggested the best strategy to use. Mr. Bailey was professional and prompt when I first reached out to him regarding my DWI case.
