Reckless Driving charge DISMISSED

Mark Bailey got my Reckless Driving charge DISMISSED! I hired Mr. Bailey to deal with my reckless driving by speed (77/55) charge in Fairfax County, VA which is a Class 1 Misdemeanor that is punishable by up to 12 months in jail, a fine of up to $2,500, or both. Once we were in touch, he described... the process and possible outcomes for my case in great detail. Even going so far as to mention how Fairfax County is no longer using state prosecutors for reckless driving charges. Regardless, he asked all the right questions, gave me realistic outcomes, and handled everything in a professional and timely manner. I was pulled over for what I felt an unreasonable speeding infraction given the circumstances and location of the officer's speed trap. Mark was very thorough in evaluating the options given my driving record and the details of the traffic stop. Facing several demerit points on my driver record, I ...am glad that I hired Mark to represent me. I paid a nominal fine and court fees, but Mark convinced the prosecutor to drop the points for an alternate offense, which will save me a lot regarding insurance premiums!
