Reckless driving and won!

I had the pleasure of using Mr. Mark Bailey for a reckless driving ticket. I hired him to represent me at the court hearing. When I hired Mr. Bailey I told him that I did not want to plea it down, that I felt confident that I was innocent. Mr. Bailey listened to my requests, took them into conside...ration, and then laid out my options. On the court date Mr. Bailey had already talked to the prosecutor and worked out a plea deal, which I didn't want. He understood, looked up some case law and was able to get my case dismissed. I felt heard by Mr. Bailey, which is very important to me as I am the one paying for his services. Mr. Bailey was responsive and very professional. He used his experience to give me my options but left the choice up to me. I highly recommend Mr. Bailey if you're in need of an attorney.

Reckless Driving charge DISMISSED

Mark Bailey got my Reckless Driving charge DISMISSED! I hired Mr. Bailey to deal with my reckless driving by speed (77/55) charge in Fairfax County, VA which is a Class 1 Misdemeanor that is punishable by up to 12 months in jail, a fine of up to $2,500, or both. Once we were in touch, he described... the process and possible outcomes for my case in great detail. Even going so far as to mention how Fairfax County is no longer using state prosecutors for reckless driving charges. Regardless, he asked all the right questions, gave me realistic outcomes, and handled everything in a professional and timely manner. Eventually, on the date of the hearing he was able to get my case DISMISSED! No court costs, no fine, no points, nothing.

Well-known Attorney who wins!

Mr. Bailey was able to get a speeding violation significantly reduced and helped me to receive 5 positive points on my record by recommending I complete a driver training course. Mr. Bailey was responsive from day one, kept me informed about the trial date and his appearance, and I would definitely ...recommend Mr. Bailey to my relatives and friends.
