charged without request
Filed paperwork on my behalf, without my knowledge just so he can send me a bill. After I was cursed at he hung up pn me then filed a judgment against me. We have court this month

VERY BAD LAWYER!!!!
This lawyer, Joseph McGuire is TERRIBLE!!!!! Filed divorce through him. He let it drag on, constantly "loosing my information" while moving offices and problems through his secretary. He offered to then handle the case at a reduced cost because of the long delay in filing. He constantly made mistakes...

Not always the easiest to talk to, often butted heads, but thats because we have the same personality. He did what he said he would do and that's all that matters.
